Before opening a ticket:
- Read the documentation listed above.
- Check your internet connection.
- Reboot Home Assistant.
- If you absolutely don’t want to reboot, restart.
Still struggling? Open a ticket
If you still can’t connect to Home Assistant Cloud, open a ticket.
Include the following information in your ticket:
- Some evidence that you’ve tried the steps above.
- A description of your installation environment.
- Logs: Settings > System > Logs.
- Select Download full log.
- Attach the log file to the ticket.
The support ticket is limited to Home Assistant Cloud issues.
